Xavi's Hobbies is a place were I [Xavi] document the things that I do. The goal is to have a centralized place where I can document the info that I spend weeks learning and forget in 2 minutes. I try to create detailed step by step guides so that whoever stumbles upon this can try anything I do out for themselves. ONE BIG CAVEAT! I have NO IDEA what I am doing. So try these things at your own peril. I'll try to add references and explanations as to why I did the things I did but that is not a guarantee of success or safety or... anything at all really.

Top of the Stack [aka tots] is my rantings of the most recent things that I have been working on. You'll see pretty quickly how many projects get buried under my inability to stay focused and my lack of follow-through. To make sure that this website is not one of those things, Top of the Stack will be updated at least bi-weekly [twice a week not every two weeks] on Mondays and Thursdays, even if it is to just say that I have spent all my free time getting jealous of people on youtube doing/creating cool things instead of actually just doing the things.

Guides and tots posts on circuit design. I have some formal education but, as with everything, I end up forgetting a lot of it with time. This should cover theory [like running through labs from the Art of Electronics] as well as pcb fabrication [with things like KiCAD and PCB milling].

I'll post my banjo dittys and what methods I use to make people who don't play instruments think that I am good. I mostly play clawhammer banjo. I particularly like songs from the mountains of Appalachia.
